用python给朋友一个监控软件

先看运行效果


一、技术要点:

1、用tk做软件界面;

2、用CV2完成视频采集;

注意CV2来自opencv-python,版本号与python版本要注意

我的python3.11,opencv-python4.7.0

pip install opencv-python==4.7.0
